1. WARRANTY

As a premium power sports apparel brand, FXR strives to offer an extensive, easy to use warranty program.

FXR warrants our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship. Depending on the product, FXR product is under warranty for 1 – 3 years from the date of purchase. This warranty only applies to product purchased at an authorized FXR dealership or from fxrracing.com. Products carrying the extended 3 year progressive warranty are identified on the hangtag, in our catalogues and online.

Warranty is valid only with a copy of the original receipt.

Please note: FXR’s warranty isn’t applicable when products have been:
​Damaged in an accident, Improperly cared for, (Please pay close attention to the care instructions on the care label), Neglected, or Deteriorated from normal wear and tear. Examples of damages that may not be covered under warranty are: snags, rips, tears, burns, fuel/oil stains, fading from prolonged sun exposure, care instructions not followed or other similar situations. In the event something like this happens to your FXR item, FXR will do its utmost to assist with product recovery.

Please remember: product is susceptible to normal wear and tear. The natural lifetime of an item may be reduced through aggressive or high frequency use.

Shipping costs are at customer’s expense.

RIDE TRIBE will determine whether to repair or replace the product. All items to be repaired must be clean before returning to RIDE TRIBE. We ask this in respect of the person repairing the product. If the product is deemed unsuitable for repair due to uncleanliness, a $25 cleaning fee will be applied.

Replacement items will be the style and size as the original purchase. If the same item is not available, one of an equal value in the same size and colour will be selected. In the event of an item replacement, we request the original item be returned.

All repaired and replaced (?) items will be covered for warranty for the remainder of the time from the original purchase.


1b. Purchases from an FXR dealer:

​For purchases of FXR product from an FXR dealer/store, please return to the place of purchase with the original proof of purchase. If upon inspection the dealer deems the item to be defective, the dealer will initiate a request for warranty with FXR.

​FXR will determine whether to repair or replace the product. All items to be repaired must be clean before returning to FXR. We ask this in respect of the person repairing the product. If the product is deemed unsuitable for repair due to uncleanliness, a $25 cleaning fee will be applied.​

2. SHIPPING

RIDE TRIBE has a standard shipping option that is recommended for most customers. This is worked out depending on the cost/size of your order. Shipping will vary from $10 – $35 that will ship anywhere in Australia. Your order is shipped ground with a trusted courier company.

If you would like to exchange or return an item, please email someone@ridetribe.com.au . Please include Web Order or Invoice #, item description, the part number (if possible) and reason for the exchange or return. Once we receive the information, a Return Authorization is generated and will be emailed to you along with shipping instructions.

Customers will be expected to pay for the shipping back to our warehouses and the shipping charges for the new items to get sent out (if applicable).

Return policy: 30 day return with receipt and clothing tags attached. Customers that do not contact us before sending the products back will be charged a 10% restocking fee. Products that come back from customers that are damaged/defective will be charged a 10% restocking fee, unless it is deemed a manufacturers defect.

All Sale Items are Final Sale, and not subject to any Warranty, refunds or exchanges. Please note that shipping is nonrefundable when sending an item back. You will be refunded for the garment only and not the shipping cost.

3. COPYRIGHT

All content included on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of RIDE TRIBE. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of RIDE TRIBE, with copyright authorship for this collection by FXR and protected by international copyright laws. Any use, reproduction, distribution, display, or transmission of the content of this site is strictly prohibited.


4. TRADEMARKS

FXR trademarks and trade address may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not FXR’s. All other displayed trademarks not owned by FXR that appear on this site are the property of their respective owners, who may or may not be affiliated with, connected to, or sponsored by FXR.


5. SITE ACCESS

RIDE TRIBE grants you access for personal use of this site, not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, except with express written consent of RIDE TRIBE. This does not include any resale or commercial use of this site or its contents: any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices: any derivative use of this site or its contents: any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant: or any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, visited, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without express written consent of RIDE TRIBE. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information ofRIDE TRIBE without express written consent.
